Priority Class and Express Class shipping offered by USPS TOP
In order to get your packages faster to you, we are now offering
the option of shipping via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. For
$4 more, we will ship using USPS Priority Mail. For a flat $20 rate, we
will ship via USPS Express Mail. This means that your packages travel
faster to you than USPS flat rate mail.
USPS Priority Mail is a 2-3 day delivery across the US.
USPS Express Mail is a 1-2 day delivery across the US.
We will still process all orders with our quickest priority no matter how you choose to have it shipped.
The $4 for Priority Mail is in addition to the normal shipping, so
if you buy more that $25 for the Free Flat Rate United States shipping,
using Priority Mail will be $4 total. the Express Mail is a flat $20
fee, no matter how many erasers you buy.
Gift Certificate FAQ TOP
The voucher number is manually generated and will be emailed to the email address you enter. Please make sure you are able to get emails from us. No physical paper will be mailed to you.
The certificate must be purchased separately from any other goods, or it will charge for shipping. Select Gift Certificate in the shipping drop down at checkout. If the Gift Certificate option is selected for any purchase other than for a Gift Certificate, the order will be cancelled.
Sales tax on the certificate purchase will be refunded right away for California addresses.
Just enter the voucher number into the gift voucher box at checkout. You can redeem one gift voucher code per new order.
If you have more than one gift certificate, contact us prior to placing a product order.
If your product order total is more than you have left on your certificate/voucher number, it will allow you to pay the balance through Paypal or Google Checkout.
Any available funds remaining on your certificate/voucher will stay until you spend it.

Our Standard shipping option is through the United States Postal Service.
We offer First Class, Priority, and Express Mail. For international, it is shipped First Class or Priority.
We can ship by UPS or FedEx for an extra charge, please email for details.
Will you ship outside of the United States? TOP
Yes, we will ship World-wide. The shipping and handling will calculate on Checkout. All International orders over 50.00USD will ship by Priority Mail with tracking and insurance for the full declared value.

Due to recent delays by Customs and non-receipt of packages, orders for Italy and Mexico will have to ship by Priority Class mail which includes tracking and insurance. After you check out, all orders to these countries will get an additonal invoice for the cost of the shipping, which is an additional fee of $20.00USD.
Please understand your order must pass through your local Customs before delivery to you. It may be subject to import fees and/or taxes which have to be paid by you before your local post will release the package. We are sorry but we cannot calculate that for you at this time. Theses taxes are fees are not included in any shipping you pay to EraserCrazy. Please check locally for more details. We cannot be responsible for any Postal or Customs delays.
Please understand International orders may take 4-6 weeks to arrive. It is not un-usual for Customs departments to take two weeks or more to clear a package.
If you want tracking and insurance, please contact us for details. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages once the Post Office accepts the package.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address? TOP
We are happy to ship to the address you enter on the Paypal payments page. It should let you update this when you are processing your payment to us. This provides a safe and secure transaction for both of us.

We work very hard to ship your order as soon as possible. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, please email us. We can work together to make it right!

We do want you to be happy, please contact us with any questions or concerns.
Any returns must be approved ahead of time. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original order. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable, including shipping to you and return shipping to us.
